Flame Retardant Fabric
We are fabric flame retardant manufacturer in China. Our flame retardant fabric contains no halogen, heavy metal and formaldehyde. It is non-corrosive material of high fireproofing efficiency.
Our flame retardant fabric is extensively used in non-woven fabric such as wall cloth, tapestry, ceiling, and automotive upholstery, it is also can be used in plywood and cartons, etc.
ZR-1 is eco-friendly inorganic flame retardant to retard fire and inhibit smoke, it is of white emulsion shape. ZR-2 material is an organic nitrogen-phosphorus compound suitable for long term flame-retarding by fabrics, it exists in water soluble powder.

1. Qualification:
ZR-1: Appearance: white emulsion; solid content: 50%; PH: 8.5~9.5.
ZR-2: Appearance: white powder; PH: 8.5~9.5.
2. Method of usage:
ZR-1: the users should first mix the flame retardant with the emulsion stabilizer, then immerse or paint the mixture onto the material then dry it.
ZR-2: After dissolving it in water according to a definite proportion, the flame retardant can be used to immerse, spray or coat materials.
With regard to different textile fibers, the flame retardant utilizes a mass of around 10%~30% of the material mass.
3. Packaging Specification:
The powder is packed in a kraft bag that has a plastic bag lining (20/25 kg).
Liquid is cased in a high strength plastic barrel of 50/100 kg.
4. Caution:
The flame retardant should be placed in a dry and ventilated area that is free from sunshine. The storage temperature should be 5℃-30℃.
If stored for a long time, the liquid may stratify. However, this will not damage its property. Users just need to stir the liquid before using it.
ZR-1 is incompatible with cationic stabilizer, while ZR-2 is incompatible with anionic stabilizer.
