Brief Introduction
The granules in our zero halogen low smoke high flame retardant cable compounds are produced base on polyolefin added with different halogen-free additive through special mix granulated process. These granules can be extruded by general single screw extrusion machine. According to different equipment, the specific extrusion speed and temperature should be adjusted.
The final jacking compound releases less smoke, no halogen and low toxicity when burning. In addition, it features good flame retardant property and great processing ability. The cable extruded has smooth surface and its properties can be compared with the similar products abroad.
