The main features and applications of some products are presented as follows:
1. Flame retardant PA6 and PA66 is made by adding PA6 or PA66 to polyamide and then processing them using special equipment.
2. Our flame retardant PA6 and PA66 has the following features: excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, heat resistance, low shrinkage rate, and good electrical properties, etc. It is applicable to plastic components that require high performance in electric switches, relays, communication equipment, and sport equipment, etc.
3. Flame retardant PE has high chemical resistance. It can be applied for thermoplastic casing, shells of home applicances, meters, and automotive upholstery, etc.
4. Flame retardant PP is made by adding special auxiliary agents to polypropylene and then processing the mixture using special technology.
5. Flame retardant PBT has high mechanical strength and good electric properties, suitable for use in lighting fittings, components of home appliances, relays, connectors and other parts.
6. Flame retardant ABS is produced by injection molding. It is applicable to the shells of electrical equipment, television shells, facsimile shells, printer shells, office automation equipment shells, the outer barrel of washing machines and electric switch components. It can also be used in deflectors, radiater boxes, and car air grids, etc.
7. Aluminum hydrate flame retardant and magnesium hydrate flame ratardant produce little amounts of smoke when exposed to fire. Their reactants are mainly water and carbon dioxide, making them environmentally friendly.They are extensively used in various kinds of polymer composites, such as electrical wires, cables, PP, PE, PVC, PS, and ABS plastic rubber and so on. Besides, they are also suitable for use in unsaturated polyester, paint, and coating, etc.
